How do you package orders?

We use recycled, biodegradable, or compostable materials whenever possible to minimize waste.

What if my plant arrives in bad condition?

Plants can sometimes experience stress during shipping. If your plant looks unhappy upon arrival, give it some time to adjust. If it arrives severely damaged, send us a photo within 7 days, and we'll do our best to help!

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future, so stay tuned!

Do you ship plants?

Yes! We carefully package our plants to ensure they arrive safely. However, shipping live plants can be tricky, so please unpack them as soon as they arrive.
